I don't teach sales. I build congruence.

I'm Jennifer Dechaine, founder of Congruent Projects. After 23 years in the real estate industry, including four market cycles, executive leadership and years in the field I saw something clearly: 

Sales teams don't fail because they lacked skill. 

They were failing because they weren't supported in alignment with their organization and their humanity. 

 

I built the system experience taught me was needed. A practical human-first, high performance approach that doesn't ask people to choose between success and sustainability.
